Game Mechanics

These are the main game mechanics to be utilized in Trouble Towers.

FPS

  • Improvised and found weapons
  • Increasing threat/intelligence of enemies as you descend tower

Security System

  • "E.A.G.L.E.": view into other areas

Platform Elements

  • Conveyors
  • Automated hazards (bots)

Computer Hacking mini-game

  • Security consoles
  • Locks/unlocks
  • Disable robots
  • Puzzle or Quicktime reaction?

DISABLE MEGAWEAPON!

  • Different mini-game?

Broken Elevators/Blocked stairwells

  • One at a time
  • Find security pass per level (can't go all the way down)

Active Elevator Rerouting

  • Opposed by Evil VP (vs AI in min-game)

First Aid Station

  • Healing

Ductwork Maze

  • A one-time puzzle for one level only
  • Perhaps is procedurally randomized?
